Avia's church held a special dinner a few weeks before Christmas. Since Grace got to pick out her dress first, Juliet got a special hairstyle. Everyone was excited to go, though William was pouting for some reason.
He couldn't keep up the pout though, and was smiling before long.
Alice said something funny, and everyone posed around her. Poor Emily picked a poor spot though, as she is hidden by an antler.
With just a little bit of movement at home, Juliet's hair started to fall, so we put it up in a less tall, but more stable do.

I think the kids had a good time, and were glad they went, since Avia left not long after, and hasn't yet made her return*.

*my grandma fell, multiple times, and has been in an out of the hospital, so my mom flew down for Christmas, and is now staying there until she is back to a more independent state.
