Back in Mid-October, I signed up to go with the twins on a field trip! Luckily, Billy was also able to take the day off and join us!
It was a very similar tour to William's trip from a few weeks previous, so it was repetitive for me, but Grace and Juliet and Billy had a good time.
It was very chilly on this trip too, but warmed up over the course of the day, versus cooling off.
As these things go, after I'd already committed to going with the twins, Alice brought home a filed trip notice for the same day at the same time. She was headed the opposite direction though, to the rock and mineral exhibit at the Ingham County fairgrounds.
Luckily, she had Avia who met her there and took a few pictures for me. This was my favorite.
She was pleased with all of her purchases (she bought something for each of her siblings) and very excited that she got to see Ms. Good, her second grade teacher!
Maybe next year I can go with Emily and see the rocks. And Alice has a big field trip planned for later this year, so I look forward to spending some time with her too.
