My mom came back. It's never too soon, but she was able to take the twins on their Wednesday off, so that I could go with Alice on a field trip to MSU. The timeline was rushed, since it was a last minute invitation. Her class was actually looking for volunteers to drive their own students, so that they could fit all the classes onto 2 busses.
It was nice, because that meant that Alice got to ride with me!
It was a short program, but they had various leaders from a variety of sports programs at MSU. She had a fun time, and should I go in the future, I will dress to participate!
